For example, if you order a Electric Toothbrushes, it will need 1-2 business days of processing time and then 7-13 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 8-15 business days. Shipping usually takes up to 1 to 2 weeks but may also arrive earlier or later, depending on where you and your products merchant is located. You can always track them using the tracking number provided in your order here.

2.Will I be charged any VAT or import duties?

For Standard Shipping to the US:

If you are located in the United States, we can assure you no import taxes will be incurred. Orders in the United States are shipped domestically.

For Shipping

Duty / VAT taxes may happen for any country and you are responsible for checking in advance the laws that apply to your situation. In the event that you refuse paying these charges, you might be denied any refund to cover the additional costs this might incur even if you do not receive the product.

Any possible import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Buyers are responsible for these charges. Please double check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before purchasing. The carrier will not return such package to us until these fees are properly paid. If the package is refused or abandoned at customs, we will remain the rights to deduct it from the initial refund amount.

3.How long will it take from the minute I order to when I receive the parcel?

It depends, but we will do our best to make sure your order is processed and shipped ASAP.

We ship our orders Monday through Friday. Since we pack per order, it usually takes about 2 to 3 business days for us to fulfill and ship the order.

(Due to the high volume of Black Friday, it might take 5 to 10 business days before your order got fulilled. Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience!)

Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation, followed by a tracking number update once available. Then it is out in the web of shipping logistics where we have minimal to no control. 

4.Where is my order shipped from?

If you are placing an order to the United States, it will be dispatched from our main warehouse in China. Then the package will be forwarded via USPS or UPS to you.

Product

1.Does my product have a warranty?

Any product ordered from https://www.kiwibird.com/ can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date the product is purchased. After this period, the product will not be eligible for exchange or refund. We offer free and easy returns for only manufacturer's defect orders. Please contact Customer Support on support@kwiibird.com to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label.

Expedited and Priority shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you a pre-paid return label within 4 business days.Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you through your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping (if applied).

Order

1.Can I change my order?

Yes, you can!

We know sometimes people realize they chose the wrong product! But don’t worry, we’re here to help! However, we’re only able to change your order while it’s still in our warehouse.

If you need to change your order, please contact our Support team via the email in 24hrs.

Please note, after our Customer Service team confirms the change to your order, the production and delivery deadlines will take the same amount of time as if you just placed the order.

*That will only be applied if your order hasn't been shipped already.

2.My order already went through. Can I add items to this order?

You can add items under these circumstances:

- Your order has not been shipped at the time you request to add an item. Please reach out to our Customer Support team at support@kiwibird.com

- You could place an new order to add items.

3.Can I change my delivery information?

Well, you can under certain conditions:

- If your order is still in our warehouse, you can request our r Customer Support team to modify your details via support@kiwibird.com;

- If the order has already been shipped, the changes made by the customer will only be valid for future purchases. 

4.Can I change my registration information?

Sure! If you wish to change your registration information, you have to access your account by clicking on "My Account - Edit Info". Make any changes you want to and click on "Update".

ATTENTION: Changing registration data will not change the delivery/billing address of already-placed orders. If you want to change your info after placing your order on our website, please note that:

- If your order is still in our warehouse, you can request our Customer Support team to modify your details via support@kiwibird.com;

- If the order has already been shipped, the changes made by the customer will only be valid for future purchases.

5.What changes due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak?

Dear customer,

You, of course, must be aware of the COVID-19 pandemic. A lot of countries worldwide took measures as an attempt to stop - or at least to slow - the virus spread. Some of them include putting cities in quarantine or even a full lockdown and this affects several industries and economics aspects.

At Soocas, we are following the government recommendations and most of our factory workers are divided into shifts, which reduces the number of people working to pack, and ship the orders. For this reason, it is likely to some of our orders to face a delay.

There is also the possibility of shipping delays. With all the companies in the world adopting very similar measures, the shipping companies are also decreasing their staff and it can affect the time your order takes to be delivered after it leaves our warehouse. Please notice that we ship to almost every country in the world and they may have been adopting different rules for shipments coming from abroad. So we strongly suggest you consult what are your countries recommendations for this period. If your order has already been shipped, please consider waiting longer before claiming your order - we recommend up to two week or so.

In case you don't receive your order even after waiting for a longer time, you can contact our Customer Support Team to know what are the options we have for you, but, anyway, we need to state in advance that we had to expand the time for the customers to ask for a refund or a resend due to lost orders: refund and resends requests starting will be done only after 30 days from the shipping date.

We understand this is an unprecedented situation and for this same reason, we count on your comprehension to deal with it all together.
