A: Customers have the right to apply for refund and replacement.
If you need a refund before delivery, please contact us by email asap.
If the package is shipped out, it can not refund, but after it delivery, you can apply for refund.

Refunds currently take 7-14 business days.

Q: How long will it take to receive the package?
